Valencia is a city full of light and vitality throughout the day but after dark it´s not less excited. We summarize the main nightlife zones in the capital of the Levant: El Carmen, the Port, Pub areas, Squares, Blasco Ibañez and Malvarrosa.
El Carmen
The most multicultural area of the city is also the one with the most hidden secrets. Located in the old town between the Serrano Tower and Quart Tower, cobblestone streets with lots of pubs, terraces and places where you can have a drink and enjoy both commercial and alternative music.
The Port of Valencia
Thanks to the America´s Cup, the Port of Valencia underwent a considerable change, with a redesign of its entire area and adaptation to entertainment areas. Currently there is free access to pubs with ocean fiew, playing mainly house music and with a glamorous atmosphere. The port area is more expensive than the rest, but his favor is the pleasant seaside atmosphere, easy access and ample parking (keep in mind that the underground car park closes at 3) and contemporary music in all its premises.
Pubs areas
At the end of the 90 parts of the city revitalized its nightlife and multiplied pubs were filling the streets with terraces and entrances to all kinds of clubs were handed out. The areas of Aragon, Canovas and Juan Llorens are currently the best in the variety of pubs to dance salsa, rock, house and pop music. Blasco Ibañez
Unlike other urban areas, Blasco Ibañez has increased its leisure disco formulas of various styles. Malvarrosa Zone
If it’s summer, this is the place to be. Malvarrosa beach around the promenade has a varied range of pubs and clubs that reaches up to the port area. Most of them have terraces for outdoor dancing with mainly commercial music, but the entry price is higher compared to other areas of night live of Valencia. Thanks to the tram and huge parking area, people come en masse every night of the summer without experiencing of any kind of burden. The spacious terraces and the coastal area permit you to enjoy a comfortable and pleasantly night outdoors.
